Shipping & Returns
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to dispatch your order to be shipped out. Please be known that we do not process orders or shipping on weekends or holidays.
Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. If you need to change the address, please don't hesitate to contact us before the package ship out. We will help you contact the shipping carrier that is responsible for the transportation, but we are not responsible for any package damage, loss, or delay caused by incorrect shipping information customers provide.

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Email the following information to email@example.com
A description of the reason for your return
2. If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 2 business days of your request.
3. The products being returned must be returned in the same condition as originally provided to you. The original order ID, original packaging, and original accessories must be included. The items you return must be securely packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit. The original Order ID and your return address should be clearly visible on the outside packaging. Postage must be pre-paid, and you must be able to track and confirm delivery to us. You bear all in-transit risk of loss or damage to the items you return. If you send the products without a valid Order ID prominently displayed on the outside mail packaging, it may be returned to you unopened.
4. Processing refunds under our Return Policy.
Refunds will be issued in the currency of your original order. We are not liable for any transaction costs you incur associated with your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are also responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with shipping BroadLink products back to us. No reimbursements will be made to you for such costs.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Note: We will not accept return or refund requests for items that are damaged or incomplete unless you contact us within 3 days of the delivery.
BroadLink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Return Policy at our discretion. Any change to this Policy applies to orders placed after modifications get posted.
